UNAA is in need of a strong progressive leader. If elected President of UNAA, Flex Kabuye Kayanja will work diligently to bring unity to the organization and will make sure the organization does not organize only for conventions.

1) Flex Kabuye Kayanja will provide structured leadership that will ensure that UNAA operates using business principles. In order to provide the best use of resources, UNAA must have a system that requires permanent contacts with corporations that provide services/products on a regular basis, for example:
•    Office Depot and Kinko’s for printing
•    Marriott, Sheraton and Hilton Hotels for our conventions.

2) Corporations that do business with UNAA must make the partnership mutually beneficial by offering discounts.

3) UNAA should have continuous contact with our most loyal American corporate sponsors, including:
•    Moneygram
•    Western Union
•    Coca Cola
•    Pepsi Cola
•    Heineken
•    Others

4) UNAA should have continuous contact with our most loyal Ugandan corporate sponsors, including:
•    Hotel Africana
•    National Social Security Fund
•    National Housing and Construction Company
•    Kensington (Africa) Developers
•    Akright Projects Limited
•    DFCU Bank
•    Bank of Uganda
•    Others

5) UNAA should require vendors to bid annually to provide services at the Annual Convention. The organization should aggressively market itself to American businesses and Celebrities for example:
•    American Express
•    Wal-Mart
•    Magic Johnson
•    Bill Cosby
•    Tyler Perry
•    Raven Simone
•    Others

6) UNAA should aggressively market itself to the Ugandan business community by increasing our reach for example:
•    All Ugandan Commercial Banks
•    All Airlines serving Uganda
•    The Madhvani Group of Companies
•    The Mehta Group of Companies
•    The Ruparelia Group of Companies
•    The Mukwano Group of Companies
•    Others

7) UNAA should work hand in hand with the Ugandan government for the development of Uganda in the following areas:
•    Education
•    Health
•    Hygiene
•    Investment
•    Tourism
•    Culture
•    Others
